Member Dues

  • Facilities with 1 or 2 units - $145
  • Facilities with 3 to 5 units - $165
  • Facilities with 6 to 12 units - $195
  • Facilities with 13 or more units - $210
  • Facilities that do not pay room tax will pay an additional $50 per year.

    • Business - Retail, Service or Manufacturing

  • With 2 or less full time equivalent employees - $165
  • With more than 2 full time equivalent employees - $195 Working owners and family are considered employees for purpose of this calculation. Example: Two full-time working owners year-round plus two part-time employees for 3 months equals 2 1/2 full-time equivalent employees.
  • Second business discount. Each business in addition to your primary business - only $75 each.

  • Professionals - $210
  • Associate Members - $25
  • Affiliate Members - $25
  • New members discount will be 1/2 of regular dues. A new member must not have been a member for 3 years prior.
